Order and Shipping Information

Orders can be placed by:
1) calling your order and payment information to 1-812-223-2599. We accept all major credit cards and can securely process your payment for you.
2) Or, send an email to prints@amerindianarts.us, describing the item you wish to purchase and how you wish to pay. You can be invoiced by email with a "Pay now" button for either Paypal or Google Checkout. Please specify which one you prefer. Please do not include credit card information in the email.
3) Of course you can also pay by check or money order, and without worrying about a cashier or the people in line behind you giving you the evil eye.

Shipping information:
Prints are shipped in a heavy duty 4" tube, fully insured, via US Priority. Shipping and insurance cost is $7.00 to $12.50, depending upon print size. There is no additional cost for combined shipping of additional prints. Flat shipment is additional and usually upon request only.

Exception to this pricing are Gorman lithographs which may be shipped UPS or USPS Priority in a 6" inch diameter extra heavy tube for $35.00-45.00, depending on size and value. For pricing information and availability of Gorman lithographs, please call. Other lithographs and framed items which may require flat shipment will require quote for shipping cost.

Zuni carvings and necklaces are shipped via USPS Priority and will be insured for their full value. Shipping charges will be added to buyer's total purchase price.

International shipment will require a quote. International Global Priority starts from $16.00 to countries where available, and Global Express shipping is also available. First class is available to all countries, and while less expensive, items cannot be insured using this method. While we live by our safe packing methods, Amerindian Arts will not be responsible for uninsured international shipments which are lost or damaged. Prints are shipped in heavy duty tubes, but insurance for these items is still strongly recommended.

Checks require 10 business days, all other payments are shipped within 72 hrs. Authenticity and satisfaction are guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it for a purchase price refund within 10 days. Cost of return shipment is buyer's responsibility. Amerindian Arts will not be responsible for uninsured returns. In case of a damaged shipment you will need to save all shipping materials and immediately notify the carrier and Amerindian Arts. Most post offices will now immediately pay insurance claims of less than $50.00. You will need to contact Amerindian Arts for any proof of insurance.

Shipping method is USPS unless otherwise stipulated. First class is available at slightly lesser cost. All shipping charges are subject to change at the discretion of the carrier.
